To ensure your request is processed quickly, please provide the full model and/or manufacturer number of your appliance. You can find this information on the nameplate. If these details are not available, please take a photo of your stove/cooker and upload it via "Image Upload" to submit it with the form. To further reduce processing time, we kindly ask you to also upload a photo of the purchase receipt.
